Eswood School Prepurchase RFP

The Board of Education for Eswood Community Consolidated School District 269 in Lindenwood, Illinois would like to invite you to submit a proposal for the Prepurchase of HVAC equipment for improvements to Eswood School during the summer of 2023.

Sealed proposals must be addressed and delivered to the School District Office by 2:30 pm local time on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.  Address and delivered to:

Proposals shall be delivered or mailed in time for delivery at the above address by 2:30 p.m., Local Time, Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Proposals received after that time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.  Faxed or electronically transmitted bids will not be considered.  All bidders are welcome to attend the bid opening.
