The Board of Education holds its regular meeting on the third Monday of each month.  

All meetings occur at Eswood Community Consolidated School District 269, located at 304 Main Street, Lindenwood, Illinois, 61049.

All regular meetings of the Board begin at 6:00 p.m. and end upon the completion of that particular meeting's agenda.

From time to time, the Board of Education may need to schedule a Special Meeting and/or a Public Hearing on a particular topic.  Special Meetings and/or Public Hearings may begin at 5:45 p.m. prior to the Regular Meeting.

All agendas of the Board's meetings (Regular, Special, or Public Hearings) are made available to the general public no less than 48 hours prior to the actual start time of that meeting.  Information on transparency requirements applicable to governmental entities (Open Meetings Act and Freedom of Information Act) is available at the Office of the Illinois Attorney General
